Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund. All returned items must be in a saleable condition, which means unused, with all labels intact, and stored in a smoke-free environment. Refunds include the full price paid, minus the original cost of shipping already paid. The customer is responsible for the cost of postage and packaging for the return, unless the item is faulty.
